Scope of Warranty
Our store warranty covers:

Video Games & DVD Movies
-
Hardware (including Consoles, Handhelds, Controllers, Cables, etc.)
-
Repair work done by Retroid Games
Warranty Exclusions
The warranty does not apply to:
-
Collectibles & Trading Cards
-
Accessories
-
Artwork
-
VHS tapes
-
Gashapon/Blind Boxes
-
Toys/Plushies
-
Any item sold "As Is" (e.g., broken/parts consoles, Atari Systems and Games)

Items specifically noted by a Retroid associate as non-warranty/returnable at the time of purchase
Warranty Policy

To be eligible for warranty service, you must present a receipt or proof of purchase.

Items eligible under the warranty must be returned within 30 days of purchase.

Retroid Games will decide whether to repair or replace the item at our discretion.

You must be able to demonstrate the issue with the item (we will test it in person, but we recommend getting a video of the problem)

Major damage incurred after purchase (e.g., dropped consoles, snapped discs) is not covered.
Return Policy

We do not offer “regret refunds” for buyer’s remorse.

Games can be returned within 1 day of purchase for store credit only.

Items returned after 1 day will go through our trade-in process.
Policy Abuse

Abuse of our return or warranty policies (e.g., intentional damage, concealing damages, returning items not purchased from Retroid Games) will result in the permanent revocation of return/warranty privileges and may lead to a ban from the store.
